Great image. I'd make one suggestion for the next time...

I believe that like portraits, less DOF makes a better image. After all, this is a portrait of the flower. I use a 100mm macro (most of the time) and generally use f/4~5.6 to seperate the flower from the background. And, I'll use tone control &/or additional blur to make the flower "pop" out of the picture more. See the Iris I've uploaded (next post).
